Bedrooms
3 double bedrooms - two with King sized and one with Super King sized beds. The Master Bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and shower room and balcony overlooking the mountains beyond. Bedroom 3 also has an additional single bed ideal as a family room for the children. There is a separate bathroom with shower attachment.

The pool house, Casita (little house) has two single beds and en-suite shower/WC facilities.
All bedrooms fully furnished with cupboards, bedside tables, etc and individually regulated air conditioning units.

Rustic-style fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances: gas  hob, oven, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, mixer etc. Wide variety of kitchenware for the gourmet-minded.

Living Room
A spacious lounge with comfy sofas, armchairs, coffee table. Satellite TV SKY, /DVD/CD/player, library and DVD’s. Free broadband WiFi Internet access.

Dining Room
Spacious dining room with large glass top dining table and seating. The dining room leads on from the spacious lounge and is open plan with the kitchen. Good quality table and glassware provided.

Casita/outside house
Pool and beach toys and umbrellas. 2 single beds and ensuite shower room. Air conditioning.

Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service
Top quality bed and bath linen provided (one set of towels and beach towels per week). Duvets and blankets for winter lets. Weekly clean and linen change included in price. Villa cleaned to high standard before and after each let.

Extras
Ironing board, iron. Travel cot and high chair.

Accessibility
Las Aguilas is a two storey house, with steps both indoors and outdoors. The patio and garden area are also on different levels and therefore not suitable for persons with restricted mobility.

Outside
There is a wide choice of different outdoor areas to spend one's time. On the spacious terrace is located the 10x5m floodlit private pool, covered porch, BBQ and fruit orchard are located. Outdoor furniture and sun loungers are provided and sun umbrellas. Guests can enjoy relaxing siestas under the shade of the covered areas of the terrace, or sunbathing on the terrace overlooking the valley and mountains beyond. There is a covered porch with dining table, chairs and a separate 'chill-out' area. Magnificent panoramic valley and mountain views from pool and garden area. Beach umbrellas and pool toys are provided.
Las Aguilas has its own gated private driveway with garage underneath the villa.
